Big Changes Come to Local Law 63! of NY Last week, New York City Council unanimously voted to approve amendments to Local Law 63 (LL63). The amendments included increasing the review threshold from $200,000 to $1,000,000 and reducing the notice period for unplanned actions from 60 to 10 days.
These changes will improve transparency, protect our workforce, support M/WBEs, and improve the procurement process while reducing turnaround for critical services.
Creating a more efficient, transparent and equitable procurement system is crucial for the continuous development and well-being of New York City.
