Marcelle Fowler is a communications consultant, motivational speaker, and leadership coach who recently founded Dynamic Vision Communications, a consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations create and achieve their visions through practical, yet dynamic action steps.
Marcelle launched DVC after gaining more than 20 years of experience in communications management and consulting for large, global corporations; regional, member associations; mid-sized, fast-growing companies and small, entrepreneurial start-ups. Her ideal mix of experience includes employee communications, executive coaching and speech writing, public relations, brand strategy and marketing communications.
Marcelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. Her professional affiliations include the International Association of Business Communicators and the National Association of Women Business Owners.
She resides just outside of Virginia Beach, Virginia, with her two sons.

Virginia Legislator Wants All College Resident Advisers Trained in Mental Health First Aid
Del. Joseph Yost (R-Pearisburg) has introduced a bill that would make Mental Health First Aid training mandatory for all resident advisers in Virginia's public colleges.
Nearly one in five college students has a mental illness, and roughly 75 percent of mental health conditions surface before the age of 24. Training resident advisers in Mental Health First Aid would give them the skills to notice when a student may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge, and an action plan for stepping in and offering support.
"We’re not training these kids to diagnose somebody,” Yost said. “We just want them to recognize that ‘hey, he or she, there’s something going on, they might be having a mental health problem.’"
